I had worked with a broker named Galip Adatepe and was pretty impressed by how thorough they were. The other nice thing about dealing with UFT is that they did not have me pay an application fee until all the financing was worked out unlike many other places that wanted the application fee up front. Recently, we were looking for a mortgage and I got back in touch with UFT and was connected to Paula Cook. The financing finally got sorted out but I do not reccomend this woman. After much thought it seems that the problems were more with her than with the company. At the outset Paula seemed fairly knowledgeable but she seemed to screw up a lot. At the end, the closing was postponed twice and she spent a lot of time apologizing. I would not trust her again. -Sanjiv
