Explained everything in as much detail as we wanted (e.g. 4 hours on the 'Agreement to Purchase' fine print). Handled a lot of the messy paperwork (water,sewage, lawyer liaison etc..). One advantage of using him is that he's on the Allegheny Realtor's "board of conscience" which checks out reported shady dealing by the area's realtors. He has come to know Harry Bovik.
