I had Nagib (Jim) Kassouf install kitchen cabinets and lay a vinyl
floor for me.  He charged about 1/3 of the next highest bid and did
a reasonable job.  In the end he ended up cutting some corners because
he ran into some trouble with the cabinets.. he clearly hadn't budgeted
for this and I understood his predicament.  Very high bang for the buck.
Also, an extremely nice guy.
