inspection service in the past.  I presume they'd do the same on

I have been very happy with Johannsen & Son.  They have handled all of our
repairs over the years, and (in two different houses) have installed new
hot-water furnace systems for us.  They have provided estimates gladly, have
performed their installation very efficiently, have always cleaned up after
their work, and have stood behind their efforts.  One furnace developed
a "glitch" about a half-year after installation, which I suspect was a 
component problem in the controls.  They worked at it for about 8 hours
(two half-days) and essentially did not charge for their time.  Tell
Mr. Johannsen I referred you.

I have forced air so I can't say for sure how they do on you specific type
but I use Scalise & Son.  They have been quite reliable and reasonable on
the three occasions I've needed to call them.  Their rates are quite fair
also.  Their number is 466-2665.  I don't know how far they are willing to
travel on a job though.

home 682-6847.  He does jobs on the side, also large ones.
I was satsified with two jobs he did for me.
He's courteous, and will advise if can't do it.  --DL
