We had some work done in our house by John Zolko from Preferred Contracting,
and we were very disappointed by the quality of his work.  He installed
several replacement windows, 3 storm doors and a new limestone hearth, and
he succeeded in doing something wrong in all three jobs.  To quote the
painter who had to deal with the windows Zolko installed: "They should not
let this guy walk around with a caulk gun - he is a dangerous".  Moreover,
John Zolko clearly does not understand what it means to have a schedule.  We
will certainly never hire him for any other job,
