I would like to recommend an electrician who worked for us very recently.
We had a small problem with a recessed spotlight, and we contacted Edward
Wagner (telephone: 767-8819).  He came and fixed the problem the same
day (in the evening); he was extremely cautious not to damage the apartment;
and the bill was entirely reasonable.  He must have spent almost an hour at
our place, and he charged us $35.00.  I understand he does large jobs as
well (such as new construction or entire rewirings of old houses).  He has a
few people working for him, and I cannot comment on them, but he personally
struck us as extremely conscientious, very pleasant to have around, and
very affordable.  I would definitely recommend him.
