They did an extremely thorough job, followed up on it very well and even gave a decent guarantee on the results. They were a bit expensive but, in reality, they cost us no more than the stuff that we tried ourselves first. The guy who took care of us was named Bill and was a part owner. At least for bugs, these folks were great! Their effectiveness is still an open question... ---Erik
