Gateway did our inspection back in October of 1988 when we bought our house.
We have been pleased with their service ever since.  I live out in the
country, so there are bugs everywhere.  We subscribe to Gateway's annual
service which is very reasonable (used to be $200 a year for 4 sprayings for
whenever and whatever you want).  If the bugs come back for some reason, they
come back a spray free.  This is a father & son business, and the son (now in
charge) has been doing this all his life and he's very good.  Their rates just
went up a little bit but they are still very reasonable.
