Subject: Wood floor refinishing

Dear Harry,
  here are some recommendations about wood floor refinishing.  We ended
up using Nelson Jones and were pretty happy with him (reasonable quote,
reasonable job).  We decided not to use Wood Floor Specialists becuase
we felt that they had got too big (Nelson Jones is still a "one-man
show").  We never met the boss (Greg Ambrose) of Wood Floor Specialists;
the only people who came to our house were salesmen; and their quote was
high.
