Prices on 11 December 1987:
$125 for a verbal inspection (usually lasts about 1.25 hours)
$150 or $175 for a verbal inspection followed up by a detailed written
report.  

He examined our house and we were very pleased with him.  He just recently
examined the house my sister is looking at.  He was very pleasant and helped
her a great deal by, not only performing the normal inspection, but by
giving her little hints about how to fix this and that.

He is a certified Architect and works with David Anderson (also of Applied
Analysis).

I highly recommend Gary Wilde and his company.
