They were accommodating and informative even before the inspection started. A few days before the inspection, they sent us a manual that outlined the types of things we should expect the inspection to cover. Nice to know ahead of time what they cover and not. They also had a very relaxed policy about cancellations. Nice. Harry Thompson did our inspection today and he was easy to talk with, and thorough. He recommended a lot to us about general upkeep on the house and about some more immediate problems that we should take care of before we close. He spent more than 3 hours talking with us. He was also very, very (amazingly) patient with the two real estate agents who, annoyingly enough, tagged right behind him and asked questions and advice about their own houses. He was very patient.
