They were both very thorough. However, I developed a slight preference for Harry Thompson. I can't quantify why; just call it intuition. We were really happy with his performance, especially in light of our real-estate agent, who was a thorn in his side and made his job difficult. He was thorough, friendly, reassuring. I would recommend him (and have done so, in fact) again and again.
