Subject: Inspector: Glen Vernon

Yet another hearty recommendation for Glen Vernon as a home inspector.

Glen spent nearly 4 hours inspecting a home for us in Murrysville. He
started by looking for the sun lines on the house as well as the lay of the
land. With this, he predicted quite accurately what we'd need to be worried
about relative to gutters, ice damage, moisture in the basement, etc. He
allowed us to follow him around throughout the inspection, and gave good
estimates on what repair costs will be, what we need to do to maintain
various elements of the home, and what to keep an eye out for. His work was
extremely thorough and complete.
