Subject: Home Inspector: Jerry Valenti

Unfortunately, I have to echo earlier sentiments and DISRECOMMEND Jerry
Valenti as a home inspector. I hear that his work is thorough, but he is
completely unresponsive to calls and messages left. I tried for over a week
to get in touch with him, which was only made more difficult by his not
having an answering machine on his phone. When I finally talked to a real
person (a roommate?) I left a message asking that he call back as soon as
possible. It's been nearly a week, and Jerry has yet to return my call.
