I did this without signing a lease but Lynn stated that the money was refundable if we decided not to move in. One week later we asked for a refund and Lynn refused. I have filed a complaint with the magistrate in squirrel hill and I get the money back but it will take a month for the hearing. Just wanted to let everybody know so no one else has to go through this. If you are even considering dealing with this lady please call x4449 or 856- 4279 and I'll tell you more.
