He personally owns over 20 properties and ever one that I've seen has been completely falling apart. On the surface, he seems pretty friendly and reasonable....but no matter what he says, NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED! I had to call the gas company to have the gas in my building shut off before he would take care of a leak that I'd been complaining about for months. The leak was carbon monoxide from the 20-yr old water heater.... Every time it rains, I have to clean my dining room ceiling off the dining room floor. (He's been "next week"ing me on fixing the roof for the last FOUR MONTHS.) And, people have told me all sorts of horror stories about leaky roofs that don't get fixed.
