Good Evening Harry,

I have one recommendation and "one stay away from". We lived for a
year in an apartment house at 333 Melwood Ave in North Oakland owned
(and maintained) by Saad Ibrahim, who was an incredibly annoying
landlord.  All rent must be paid in cash, you have to live with sheets
on the furniture, and fire codes were flagrantly broken (and all exits
to our apartment, at least, were sealed off.)

On the other hand, we have had very good experiences so far with John Kelly
Realty. They have been very professional in our dealings with them, and
when we needed our A/C fixed, sent someone out the next day.
