We have rented from them for three years, and have had many problems with them over that period of time. Our house is falling apart, since they cannot bother to keep up with any repair work, and it takes forever to get them to do anything. When the gas company shut off our gas in winter 1998 because of pipe leaks, it took Lobos 2 days to get around to coming to fix the pipes. Meanwhile, we all had to stay with friends because it was ~30 degrees in our apartment.
