We rented an apartment that was great in the beginning, but slowly we realized that things were wrong and they would never fix them. The windows wouldn't open/shut and they kept giving excuses and ultimately never fixed them. They're extremely rude on the phone, and the one time I went to their office to talk to them in person, they wouldn't even buzz me in since I didn't have an "appointment".
