They're prices are reasonable and they will come out at just about any time you need them, no extra cost for weekends, evenings, etc. They charge by the job, vs by the hour. Mostly what I like about them is that if you happen not to like the plumber they send, you can complain to the company and get some results. If you hire a self-employed contractor, you can only complain to him, and if he doesn't care, then you're outta luck! He works out of his home on Lilac Street. He's listed in the phone book, but I think it's under "Chas" rather than "Charlie". They were very consistent about using him so I'd guess that they were happy with his work and his prices. By the way, our former landlords are members of the department so if you get a recommendation from Ellen Douglas or Robert Weide, you should delete my message as a duplicate...
