We've had great luck with Harris Realty, Squirrel Hill.  Irv Younger is a
great realtor -- he is fair, quick and has a great crew of repair people.
He is located on Murray across from Ratners Hardware. We've been renting
through him for 3 years and have had no complaints.  He has a VERY detailed
lease that you must sign.  It is more than the standard lease and offers
much more protection than the normal one-pagers.
