Barbara,

I have used Tom Kerr who is in GSIA twice, and he also did our wills.
I got his name from Rick Gumpertz. Tom charges reasonable fees $200 to
$400 even to someone who works at the SEI. Tom has not been one
of our supporters. I liked him. Use my name if you want. He probably
still remembers Lyons Mortgage who he was about ready to kill.

I did one closing without an attorney. It appeared to go all right
until we resold the house. The same attorney handled it again, and he
had to fix his own mistake which he really told me about. The deed
was for the property next door. He had to trace down the couple we
bought from, who had moved to Conn. and divorced. The realtor told
me he sweated that one out.

Bob
