I have to say that the seller's agent, Ellie Connelly of Howard Hanna, is not someone I would like to ever have to deal with again. In my opinion she is very unprofessional and rather unpleasant to work with. There were numerous incidents of her lying about the property, and generally making statements that were questionable or untrue, and failed to come through on promises or statements that she made about the property. She also interfered in the negotiation process after inspection, making it much harder than necessary to resolve inspection issues. I would not recommend using her for either a buyer or seller transaction, and I would recommend extreme care in dealing with her if she is the agent on a property that you are interested in buying.
