The most ethical-seeming guy I ever dealt with was Joe Zingarelli, then
of Pitt Realty on Aiken Avenue.  I called them a few minutes ago, and
was told that he now works at Northwood Realty in Shadyside, 441-1600.

When I looked at several condominiums with him in 1979, he seemed
genuinely concerned that I buy something that I could afford, and very
conservative in his comments about price and mortgage availability.
It would be fair to say that he seemed more interested in my making the
right decision than in making a sale.  Actually, what happened was that
I made the right decision and he did not make a sale.
