     We have had a flat roof which has leaked ever since we moved into the
place back in 1979 or so. We re-did it ourselves several times, but always
the roof began leaking again in the spring. We had a professional do it, and
it still began to leak after the first winter. And this guy had a five year
guarantee which he *DID* *NOT* honor. As it was more expensive to sue than
to find another roofer, we found another roofer. This guy did the job last
fall, and the roof began leaking again. However, this time it was only in
one spot, not the entire roof. I called him last week, and he repaired what
he things is the leak yesterday. The repairs fall under his nine year
guarantee. Since he just did the work yesterday, I'm not sure if he's found
the problem, but if you ask me again in a few days, I'll let you know.
