    I called Ed Seaman about a small leak one day around noon.  His
  wife received the call and I told her roughly where I thought
  the leak was from.  When I got home around 6:00 PM that day.  There
  was a $35 bill from Ed and a note saying the leak was fixed.

    The leak was indeed fixed.
