We used Paul Hoolihan (521-0191) for our roof project. His bid and quality of work are all excellent. I'd highly recommend him if you have any roof work to be done. We talked to 2 other roofers, Likar seemed best, there have been no problems in about a year. The major reason we picked Likar was because they were recommended by our neighbour, who was a roofing contractor for many years and who now uses Likar for roofwork on his own house. Not the cheapest, but quality work I think. In general you should try to get 2 or 3 estimates for your roof, and make sure that you are being quoted the same quality materials since that can make one estimate look quite a bit lower than the other. Going to a supply house, like 84 lumber, Hechengers, or Builders Square you can usually get manufactures information on thickness, 20year, 30year, and colors. Or a roofer should be able to bring you samples.
