Jeane,

I highly recommend Swingline Windows, inc.  They replaced all the
windows in our house this spring and we were quite happy with the job. 
The workmen were polite and cleaned up well when they were done.  They
did address the couple of minor issues that I raised before they left. 
(For example, I wanted them to recaulk one spot after removing a bit of
loose paint).  They also seemed like they would come out and fix any
problems you noticed later.  I believe the company also does siding, but
you can ask them.  If they don't do it, they may be able to recommend
someone.  They are a small, local company that has been in business for
years.

Swingline apparently sells multiple brands of windows, but their main
line of vinyl windows seems to be Owens Corning.  We liked the
appearance and feel of the Owens Corning better than others we looked at
(Traco, Custom Windows, and Champion). On the other hand, they cost more
than the others, but we feel they were worth it.
