A recommendation for 'Capital Industries'.  At a quite competitive price
and willing to adapt to our timetable (we hadn't painted the old windows)
they've worked out fine for us.  We bought 13 storms and 3 vinyl windows.
The installation process took a little under 3 hours.

	The owner of the company Chuck Rosenthal was happy to sit down
and chat (after being given his money) for almost an hour on the tricks
he uses for various things such as laying roof insulation, and how to make
sure you get every penny of your energy-savers' tax break.
