An agent to avoid: Craig Evans (State Farm in Squ Hill).

For claims I found him discourteous, unhelpful and unreliable.
On several occasions he treated me as a liar-until-otherwise-proved.
I recently had a claim speedily and satisfactorily
settled with the central State Farm Pittsburgh office, 
following unpleasant and unfruitful dealings with Evans.

I'll probably stay with State Farm, but never with this agent.
