Harry,

I'd like to let you know that I've had a tough time dealing with Mike
Dudenas, a local State Farm agent.  Basically, he has provided inaccurate
information to me, and then failed to maintain a reasonable level of
responsibility for the implications of that bad information.  This can lead
to big trouble if you have a claim to file, which is just when you don't want
a hassle.  As a result, I don't feel that I've been given fair treatment, and
I have experienced some financial losses, too.  I recommend you avoid
getting your insurance with Mike Dudenas!

Please note that this is not a general comment against State Farm; other
local State Farm representatives are much easier to deal with.
