They are just fine under normal circumstances, i.e. when one gets
sick in Pittsburgh and they can provide care internally.  However,
woe unto he who suffers illness out of town! [it took 6 months and
substatial hassle to make them pay for an emergency hospital visit
elsewhere].  Also they are extremely reluctant to make outside
referrals, when their own expertise does not cover the needs. [I had
to pay out of my own pocket for dematologitsts for my daughter's
acute eczema].  Upshot: I went back to BX/BS/MajMed.
