It took us 3 yrs, a lawyer, a magistrate hearing, and an appeal (by the losing party, Eckenrode) before they finally paid up. In between slime-ball tactics, attempts to intimidate us, and racial slurs directed at my friend (an Asian-American). My advice: stay away. tg
