State Farm was the only place that I could find that was willing to open any new policies except the State High Risk which costs an arm and a leg for almost no coverage. They also had the best rates around, so it didn't bother me much. I can't help you much with what happens after claims because I've never had to make one, however I've heard a lot of stories about very shaky claims that State Farm paid, so I would expect them to get good reviews all around.
