He gave me the lowest price (by a large margin) for my insurance on a new car. I took the whole package: liability + comprehensive + collision, and Phil was the lowest. He seems to be quite nice to talk to as well. I had called AAA, State farm, Nationwide, Erie and a couple of other agents. They scared me quite a lot. But, Phil's low quote really helped.
