I have had both household and automobile insurance with Tom Donohue
of State Farm for many years.  Before we bought our house, I had 
renters insurance (now we have homeowners).  I also carry a special
policy that covers my cameras against all risks.

Tom has been entirely satisfactory.  We've made a few claims, and
they have been paid with very little hassle.  He gets us rates that
seem to be below industry norms.
