Three comments on life insurance:

  o Be sure to read the articles in recent years in Consumer Reports.

  o I believe strongly in buying only term insurance -- no whole life, or such.

  o You don't really need life insurance as long as both you and Margaret are
    working.  It becomes important only when a survivor is dependent on the
    lost income of the deceased.
