This past July (open enrollment period) I signed up with Penn Group.  
So far I've visited them for a general "well physical" exam, an eye 
exam, and one diagnostic check.  I've found them pleasant, competent, 
and helpful (I frequently ask lots of questions).  Wait time has been 
reasonable, both for the appointment (within a few days or so) and for 
the actual visit (maybe 15 minutes).  A major benefit for me is the 
feeling that any reasonable health concern need not wait -- that 
intangible "peace of mind" factor.  The vision exam alone pays for 
the slight increase over Blue Cross.  I recommend them.  

By the way, I encourage you to forward your collected replies to 
Harry Bovik so the entire community can profit from your work.
