I joined Penn Group when I started working at Tartan (this September) and I've
been pleased with them so far.  I have needed only routine stuff, but several
people I know have said they get to you quickly and are very helpful when you
get sick.  They have been quick and efficient when I've been there.  One thing
I particularly like is that you can call up and ask health-related questions;
that's often hard to do with a doctor in private practice.  They give you a
bunch of literature about the group when you join; maybe someone at CMU who
belongs to Penn Group would let you look at theirs.  (I'd lend you mine, but
I'm hardly every at CMU these days.)
