For the last four years I've been the editor of a monthly regional
newsletter (circulation c.3000).  During that time I've worked with
two different instances of Minuteman Press and been very satisfied.
(The owner of the first one retired and shut the shop down.)  They
have always been on time (or early), have gone out of their way to
fill special requests, have found ways to save me money, and have
been exceptionally friendly and cooperative.  When I was shopping for
a printer I was nervous about going with these folks because their
bid was so much cheaper than everyone elses'; I figured there had to be
a catch.  There wasn't.

I highly recommend Pat and Bruce (829-7456); I think the shop is in
North Versailles, but I'm not sure as I've never had to go there.  (They
pick up and deliver.)  In addition to the newsletter they've printed
business cards and wedding invitations for friends of mine, and the
output has always been very good.  Tell 'em I sent you; it might be
good for a break or something.
