My wife took her wedding dress there to get cleaned. They had glue/glitter on their press and it stuck to the dress. After complaining loudly they admitted it being their fault. They took it and ripped out some fancy stitch-work, replaced it with some bogus stuff, then dipped it into solution that melted the dress. The owner, Lou Favish, offered to give $50 and said "consider it a gift" while he was spitting cigar juice all over what was left. We had to resort to the local magistrate to finally get reimbursed. While at the magistrate's office we talked to the secretary who said that Mr. Favish is in their office regularly because of similar problems. This guy is obviously out for himself and doesn't give a &*%$ about his customers. Pete
