 I wanted to reccomend the place
where I am buying my turkey.  Marvin's on Forward (next to the Sq. Hill
theatre) is a wonderful place to buy poultry.  The chicken is
typically much cheaper than at Giant Eagle and definitely is of better
quality.  The turkey seems more expensive than at the Gigle (~$1.20/lb)
Marvin claims that his birds are organic, i.e. no chemicals.
 
The turkeys are fresh (not frozen), and even come with the pop up
doohickeys that tell you when the bird's done.  It is possible to
make  reservations on the phone: 421-1122.
