Harry,
	there's a good and inexpensive tool rental place called "A-Z Rental"
situated on Route 22 opposite Miracle Mile shopping plaza.  We were able to
reserve the tools we needed a week in advance.  The tools were very clean and
in good shape.  The staff took care to make sure we knew how to use the things
and that we had plenty of extra belts for the belt-sander - you just pay for
the ones you use.  The other tool we rented was an 18 ft tree destroyer which
came with a saw and a clipper tip.
	We returned the tools in a moderately filthy state at which they did
not even bat an eye.
