Subject: tax accountants

I have been doing my taxes myself for several years using
MacInTax, but this year because my taxes were especially
complicated I wanted to have someone look over them to
make sure I was doing the right thing.  I called Bob GoldStein
(362-9040) who has an office in Sq Hill and it seems that he 
is a very busy man.  I ought to have gotten to him two months
ago! He said he was too busy to meet with me but did  offer 
to just go over my return for free and see if anything caught his eye. 
I dropped the return off and called him the next day.  He
spent 2 minutes with me (he had promised 10) but did manage
to say something meaningful.  

From this limited interaction I gather that the man is fairly
knowledgable.  He mentioned that he charges $350 to do the taxes
from scratch.
