I've found almost everybody at Philip Pelusi to be just horrible. In Shadyside, though, there's a great hairdresser at Lewis' on South Aiken Street. His name is Jonathon and he's only there on weekends and Tuesday nights. Other people at Lewis' have also cut my hair well. Hope this helps!
