We send our daughter to the Infant-Toddler Center of S.H.  They are very
good -- we're quit happy with them.  They claim to be more expensive 
because they don't receive any federal aid; according to a friend of
mine whose husband is on their board, this is indeed the case.  The
reasoning is that they don't want to be at the mercy of federal budget
cuts, etc. nor do they want to spend HUGE amounts of time filing all
the paperwork required of centers receiving federal aid.
