I've had some vibram soles replaced a few times by the Shadyside Cobbler,
whose shop is in an alley off Walnut St. (near the Post Office).  He does
good work ridiculously cheaply.  The only problem with sole replacement is
that the boot gets progressively smaller.  He's also done a bunch of things
for my other shoes with good results.
