I've tried several stylists in the Pittsburgh area, and she's the first one I've found that can give me a cut like the ones I get when I'm in LA. It's a small shop with a cozy atmosphere, and Susan is very friendly. I'm not sure if it's the same rate for women, but my cut (with shampoo) is only $20.
