 Mark,

 (/usr/cs/bin/miscinfo leads me to believe you are the maintainer of
/usr/misc/.others/bin/phone -- Please let me know if this is incorrect)

 I received the new year's schedule (dated 30-Jan-95) from PNCBank, and
thought I'd pass it on for the benefit of the 'phone' database. Following
info is of the form:

>CURRENT PHONE DATABASE INFORMATION

UPDATED PHONE DATABASE INFORMATION

> MAC: No annual fee. $6 charge for every 100 transactions.
>       Non-trinet: Add 65c per transaction.

  MAC: No annual fee. $7 charge for every 100 transactions.
       Non-PNC MAC ATM's: Add 50c per deposit/withdrawl;
                          add 35c per transfer/balance inquiry.
       Non-MAC ATM's (e.g. Plus System): Add $2 per withdrawl;
                                         add $1.25 per transfer/inquiry.

       A $15 annual fee can turn your MAC card into a Visa debit card,
          which (in addition to Visa usage) waives all other ATM related fees.

> Checking: $400 minimum balance, $4 fee if fall below minimum.

  Checking: $400 minimum balance or $600 average balance,
            $5 fee if fall below minimum without "Check Safekeeping"*;
            $4 fee if fall below minimum with "Check Safekeeping"*.

>  Interest Checking:
> $1,250 minimum balance or $2,500 average balance, $6 fee.

  Interest Checking:
            $1,250 minimum balance or $2,500 average balance,
            $7 fee without "Check Safekeeping"*;
            $6 fee with "Check Safekeeping"*.

 (* "Check Safekeeping" is a new scheme whereby PNC will no longer send
     the customer's canceled checks with the monthly statement, but will
     instead keep microfilm copies for at least seven years. Customer
     can request hardcopies as necessary. There is no fee charged for
     this service (...at this time, but being a cynic, I presume that a
     few years from now there will be (just like what happened to direct-
     deposit-fee-waiving and free-ATM-usage >:-\ )). I.e. Customers with
     "Check Safekeeping" receive a $1 discount off standard monthly service
     charges.
     Do with this information what you will. )

 This has been a Public Service Announcement.

 Very truly yours,
 Tom.
