Subject: Dragon Palace Chinese Food Menu

For the last few years, the Dragon Palace has been bringing cheap boxed
lunches on campus and selling them. The food, while not top quality,
was not bad, the price was right ($3), and it was very convenient for
people who did not want to give the university more money than they're
already taking from us.

While the university has harassed these people periodically (citing
health violations, etc. etc.), they've always been able to come back to
campus. This summer, the CMU doughboys finally decided to put their
foot down and cash in on this chinese thing. So some cheesy white
people hired some cheap yellow people to shovel out small portions of
bad "chinese" cuisine on the Wean Hall 2nd floor, and drummed the Dragon
Palace people out of their first floor squatting area.

The Dragon Palace is still allowed to bring food on campus if it's been
ordered beforehand. What follows is a copy of a flyer distributed
shortly before the end of the summer.

Dear valued customer:

Effective monday, August 23rd, The Dragon Palace will have to change
the way we sell lunches. All lunches must be preordered by 11:30 on
the day of delivery, and will be delivered from 12:00 to 12:30 monday

anytime, you can even place your order with the delivery person for
the next day. All orders must be picked up in the basement of Wean
Hall between 12:00 and 12:30.

Thank you for your cooperation and your patronage. We hope that this
new system will serve you better.
